About Us
The establishment and management of the schools and colleges convinced the management of the BES, the urgent necessity of the Teacher Education. Hence Education College was established in 2007. It was immediately felt that, it was more difficult to find Teacher-Educators, who are very less in number in the State, and almost absent in the region.
Hence the management of the institution wanted to start M Ed. With Permission from NCTE and Affiliation of University of Kalyani, M Ed programme was started in 2009. Though situated in such a remote village, the student-teachers of this college topped the list of University M Ed result in 2011. The 4th position was also occupied by a student-teacher of this college.
